Everyone in this office is so friendly and when you have an appointment at 10:00, they see you at 10:00!

Yes, if it's just a appointment that we talk and no test are performed it should be a phone appt bcz I live 3hrs away but the staff is great and always courteous. A big plus is they practice good hygiene

Courtesy, Professionalism. I have closer options including easy free parking but like UAB staff and solutions better. Harder to get to, worth the aggravation.

My appointment was 10:45 and I saw dr at 11:45, nurse practitioner was prompt and very nice, listened to my heart and asked questions, dr never even listened to my heart, and I was irritated when my husband saw him walking back into area with drink, I assume from lunch
