Provider was almost an hour late getting to me . Felt my appointment was cut short and not very thorough.

I always have a problem getting an appointment on time as they only book out 3 months in advance. I am advised I will get a letter to set up a six-month appointment and I never do.

Dr Htun listened to my concerns about my health and about effects on my personal plans. She responded with understanding and clear advice.

It was disappointing to not be able to see Dr. Htun when she she said I should for the next appt. I would appreciate going to Decorah to see her which was not possible either even though she is there 2 days a week. She is totally booked at both sights months in advance. How can she be my cardiologist?

Was told to be there at 8:15 but the doctor didn't come in until 9:15. Kind of a long wait.

Unfortunately there was some miscommunication and we ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor.

Dr. Htun was the first person to explain to me what was happening and give it a name I really appreciated her knowledge and insight

Why do you want to tell her? Oh yeah, go ahead. Everybody seemed to be coordinated with one another. Everybody was very friendly. Everybody answered our questions. And our service was done as quickly as possible. It was a very good experience. Thank you.

Dr. Htun came in right away so I wouldn't have to wait a long time because she said she was starting procedures. I really appreciated that. I had written down the timeline of the problems, which she read carefully. It seems like her advice will be helpful, and I intend to follow it.

I just want to say she was amazing.

She gave excellent information and ensured that I understood. I was particularly impressed with her questions re home life, my responsibilities for my husband's medical care.

They understood and excepted my decision to having to give this procedure. Some thought before I said definitely yes I would do it. They even offered to send me other pamphlets and written information on it so I could make it better informed decision.

Dr Wah Wah Htun was a little hard to understand, what with her accent, and speaking rapidly. But I did understand her, mostly.

Had to wait almost 60 minutes before Dr Htun got to the room, however, she was dealing with a patient that had a serious medical issue, therefore waiting that long was not an issue for me. Dr. Htun is very caring.

My appointment was delayed d/t an emergency the Dr. had to deal with. We were given a choice of rescheduling or waiting--we chose to wait. We were kept informed of how long it would be before the Dr. would see me.

Dr. Htun not only shares information clearly, but is also very personable. I felt fortunate to have her consult with me.

This visit was excellent. The week before I arrived and found appointment had been cancelled and I had not been informed of this. Very unhappy with this original visit time. I had to arrange for transportation, so this time cost me $48.00 for GHS to not inform me of change.

When they tell you all your arteries are blocked or partially blocked and it still takes over a month to get in crazy scary. But since it took four years from the time I told my doctor i can't breathe until the time they treated it seriously. So I guess it's the norm. Sure makes ya feel like nobody gives a dam.
